MARVIN LORETO
Marvin is the Founder and Managing Director of Vision Outsourcing. He has over 15 years experience in the Financial Services industry, holding a variety of roles with small boutique firms and some of Australia’s largest financial institutions.
Having worked in a small business for many years, Marvin understands the potential issues business owners can face without proper resourcing and that is why he passionate about sharing his knowledge on the power of outsourcing to help them free their time, increase efficiency and focus on their core business activities.
Marvin holds a Masters Degree of Commerce (Majoring in Financial Planning) and a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).
Outside of work, Marvin enjoys spending time outdoors with his beautiful wife and two wonderful children.

YONA SIGNO
Yona is the Co-Founder of Vision Outsourcing, managing our operations in the Philippines. She is also the CEO of Kaya Services, an affiliate outsourcing company that offers Consultancy and Virtual Assistant (VA) services to business owners and entrepreneurs across Australia.
Her ultimate goal is to help business owners reclaim their business, value their time with the things that matter most, and achieve growth that they deserve.
She has a demonstrated history of working in the IT field, particularly in the following areas:
- IT Service Management- Business Process Improvement- Project Management Office (PMO)
Yona holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Business and Information Systems
Outside work, she loves to empower mums and spend time bonding with her husband and two beautiful children.
